No, there are no initiation fees to get started on dashingninja.
No. We hope you are satisfied with our service and continue to stay with us beyond the trial period, but in case you cancel before the period ends, you will not be charged at all. Your first 30 days are free whether you cancel or decide to stay with dashingninja.
Nope! dashingninja is a month-to-month service that doesn’t tie you up with a long-term commitment.
No, the easy-to-use dashingninja management website lets you quickly configure settings for your restaurant such as hours of operation, menus for each shift, item pricing, number of seats offered for reservation etc.
Your dashingninja bill will include two components (any applicable taxes extra)
1) the subscription fee for your selected plan for the current month
2) overage for previous month based on previous month usage and previous month plan limits.
For eg : Best Restaurant signs up for the “Starter” plan on 1 April 2016. The Starter plan has a monthly subscription fee of $20 with 100 transactions included in the plan. Each reservation or takeout order accepted on dashingninja equals one transaction. The “Starter” plan charges any transactions above the plan limit of 100 at the rate of $0.30 per transaction. Unused transactions cannot be carried over.
Best Restaurant accepts 25 takeout orders and 10 reservations in April and 80 takeout orders and 25 reservations in May. There are no charges in April as Best Restaurant avails the free trial period. The total number of transactions in the month of May is 105, which is 5 above the plan limit of 100. The additional 5 transactions are charged at $0.30 per transactions for an overage charge of $1.50.
This is how Best Restaurant will be billed.
1 April - free 30 day trial period starts.
1 May - subscription amount for month of May ($20.00).
1 Jun - subscription amount for month of June($20.00) + overage for month of May ($1.50) for a total charge of $21.50.

1) Pay at restaurant when picking up the order
2) Pay with credit card during order checkout at Dashingninja
In order to offer option 2, you will need a merchant account to accept card payments and a payment gateway to process online payments. You may use your existing merchant account (the one you use with your POS system). Dashingninja will not collect any funds on your behalf, but will submit your card transactions to your merchant account through the payment gateway for processing.

Yes. The dashingninja management website lets you enable or disable reservations and ordering down to a particular day and shift. For each shift, you are able to specify if you are taking reservations, online orders and the items available for ordering. Restaurants that are carry-out only can disable reservations entirely.
Yes. The powerful pricing engine also allows you to specify maximum number of choices allowed and extra charges for special selections.
